Tattooing is not meant to be universally understood. Women tattooing is no phenomena, just a constant of the craft. This will revert to an outlaw form. Those spewing venom must have something to busy themselves. As in all things, beware the surplus of experts. Time doesn't bestow mastery. Neither money nor conformity are why I undertook this.
